I-MED, LLC was founded by a group of healthcare, banking and computer professionals in 1995 to develop an international network of computerized medical centers linked together through a mix of the Internet and commercial data carriers.

The company is currently raising funds to set up the world's first inter-connected global network of existing medical offices, ambulatory care centers and rural health centers.   Some of which are using I-Med's 4,500 square foot model and specific equipment list.   Consulting is also one of the firm's services.

In the past 12 years, I-Med has set up numerous concept centers in Georgia.  They were eventually sold to two of the area's leading hospitals and are still used as "Proof of Concept" sites.  We do not consider anyone using I-Med's systems and services as customers, but as clients.  The centers we have equipped normally provide primary care, occupational medicine and non-life threatening immediate care to patients. I-Med has not only put together an excellent staff of professionals, but utilizes some of the nation's leading attorneys, accountants and consultants in health care to assist the company in providing quality service to his firm's clients. The fees for these services have remained constant during the past 11 years. The firm does not work with insurance companies, hospital corporations nor HMO's.
