Feasibility studies for new centers, as
well as recommendations for the expansion or computerization of
current multiple site centers into new markets,
Complete A - Z start-up of centers, which
are less and less based on urgent care and more and more on primary
care, wellness and occupational health services. This includes
development of the business plan, marketing plan, producing all
financial projections for the first five years of operation, identifying
all required equipment and supplies, working with the client's
builder, developer and architect (if required) and coordinating
all financial, legal and accounting aspects of the new center.
Valuation of existing walk in medical
centers for purchase, sale, insurance, or in situations where
a transfer or litigation requires a valuation of the business.
Working on an ad hoc basis with national
governments on a project fee basis to set up ambulatory care networks
utilizing non-physician providers. This excludes US Government
entities, as other service providers are working successfully
in the area and focus solely on these type of projects.
Assisting owners and operates in completely
computerizing existing ambulatory care centers. This includes
developing a complete Request For Proposal, setting up demonstrations
of products, reviewing the offerings, making specific recommendations,
negotiating the pricing and assuring that the vendors meet all
specifications and schedules for installation, training and bringing
the system on-line.
