I-Med, LLC - Key Personnel

The following are the senior and mid-level positions, with a brief description of the individuals contemplated or already committed to these roles:

I-Med was founded in 1995 by Jordan Rice, who is President & CEO. He has set up more than 58 walk in medical centers during the past 27 years. From 1991 to 1995, he set up four model centers in Athens, Georgia, the last of which he owned equally with two physicians.  These models show that the centers do not have to start without any patient base but will reach profitability sooner when an existing practice is "merged" into the new I-Med center model. Even a practice with revenues as low as $500,000 can contribute significantly in making a center profitable quickly by computerizing. Rural practices can survive with proper management and cost control, which includes computerizing all facets of the operation to control costs.

The Vice President of Finance and CFO, Mr. Calvin Stansell, has an MBA and BA degrees from the University of Georgia, strong experience in funding ACC’s and has worked with Mr. Rice extensively. He has a strong financial background, has met most of the international members of the company and believes in the concepts that are set forth in this document. He has worked with the core team and will be invaluable in handling financing and banking operations. He has worked with the group since 1991 as a banker, outside advisor and financial controller.
