Capabilities

Category I
I-Med charges $7,500 for new and existing ambulatory care center operators to review the operation and provide basic information to help the center cut costs and increase revenues. All three categories give the client a custom business plan, five year financial projections, a basic marketing plan and specific recommendations to increase efficiency in any existing or contemplated facility. This fee includes one site visit and the fee can be rolled into a Category II or Category III plan, if the client wishes to have more extensive consulting services from I-Med.
Category II
I-Med charges $25,000 for a comprehensive service to set up a single site center. This includes many custom features, such as a detailed custom lay-out (furnishings, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical break-outs for use by contractors, developers and to cut architectural and engineering fees when desired by a client or required by zoning regulations). The marketing plan discusses specific industries in the area, looks at managed care providers and studies area competition in detail and makes specific recommendations to deal with these opportunities.
Category III
I-Med charges $50,000 for a comprehensive service to set up multiple sites. This entitles the client to higher discounts on equipment, as I-Med's reputation gives vendors assurance that a client will be purchasing multiple pieces of equipment over a specified period of time. I-Med will also look for multiple sites (up to six) for centers within a 50 mile radius of the "home" center or client specified location. The business plan, organizational charts, marketing plan, financials and computer systems are all custom designed to reflect the corporate nature of a multiple site center. The service also incorporates I-Med's normal $7,500 fee to set-up a paperless office system over multiple sites!
