6. Fast and friendly service.

7. Ease of payment options, including acceptance of insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, State Merit, Blue Cross, workers' compensation, checks, credit cards, HMO programs, PPO discounts, corporate accounts and payment plans when the bill is over $100.
